Studio Tuition and Fees

LESSONS: for the 2020 – 2021 year will begin on August 24 through May 21. Tuition is figured as a total school term rate. Each monthly payment represents 1/9 of the total school term tuition. Some calendar months will have more lessons than others. Monthly payment stays the same, regardless of the number of lessons in a calendar month.

TUITION: Lessons will be taught in 30 minute or 40 minute increments. Tuition will be based on lesson length. Tuition can be either paid in full at the beginning of the school year or divided into 9 monthly payments, due at the beginning of each month. There is a tuition discount for siblings.

STUDIO REGISTRATION FEE: $50.00 reserves a place in the teaching schedule. It will be used for the purchase of music to add to the teacher’s lending library (required festival pieces, repertoire in all periods of music, sheet music, ensemble music, Halloween, and Christmas music). The fee will also include the use of music software, music CDs, digital piano, recital expenses, studio expenses, and Junior Festival Fees.

EVENT ENTRY FEES: During the school year, there are many opportunities and events for students to participate.  The Nebraska Federation of Music Clubs (NFMC) Junior Festival entry fee and student club fee are part of the Studio Registration Fee.   If your child is chosen to participate in other music events, the parent is notified of the entry fee and deadline.
